National Curriculum & NEP 2020 Alignment
Hohai National School bridges comprehensive national curriculum structures with modern critical-thinking paradigms. Through our integrated modules, students in Primary and Middle wings enjoy hands-on science experiments, digital coding activities, and conceptual learning aligned with NEP 2020.
In Class 11, students can select their desired academic stream: Science (PCM/PCB), Commerce, or Humanities, alongside choice electives like Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Detailed Wing Structure
Primary Wing (Classes 1 - 5)
Conceptual exploration, audio-visual storytelling, math lab games, and value education stories.
Middle School Wing (Classes 6 - 8)
Practical lab experiments, block coding & Python scripting, library research projects, and inter-house debates.
Senior Secondary (Classes 9 - 12)
Integrated coaching modules for JEE/NEET/CUET, mock board assessments, CBSE practical record files, and SEWA (Social Empowerment through Work Education) projects.
Continuous Evaluation System
We do not assess students solely based on one final test. Our Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation framework integrates class discussions, monthly research essays, and laboratory practical assessments.
Mid-term feedback reports and parent-teacher alignment sessions ensure that student goals are calibrated constantly. This continuous loop of feedback fosters confidence and reduces examination-day anxiety.
Academic Calendar 2026-2027
Half-yearly examinations occur mid-September. Puja and Diwali vacations start in October/November.
Annual and CBSE Board assessments in February/March. New session commences in early April.
